With over 25 years’ experience in the international business and financial services sector, Stephen Greaves is the Founder and President of Platinum International Business Solutions, Inc. (formerly Platinum Offshore Management Services, Inc.)
Stephen has represented several international and multinational companies during his career at various levels of Management. Since 1993 he has served in several executive management and directorship positions in numerous active International Business Companies, across diverse sectors. This experience and expertise allowed him the opportunity to serve as a director of clients’ subsidiary Companies based in other jurisdictions.
As a member of the Barbados International Business Association (BIBA), Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge in management, operations, business development, compliance and strategic planning to the various Boards and Committees on which he serves. These include:
- Former Council member of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI);
- Former Director of BIBA;
- Director of Invest Barbados since inception.
Stephen holds an MBA – Concordia University, the Professionally Accredited Director’s designation (PAD) facilitated by GovStrat Limited and he continues to update his knowledge by frequently attending International Tax and Estate Planning conferences.
Stephen has published articles in the ‘Business Barbados’ magazine as well as in foreign publications. His views are sought by leading professionals in the sector and he has been interviewed on numerous occasions.
Indrani Gangapersad-Foster
Indrani Gangapersad-Foster is the General Manager and a director of Platinum. She also serves as director/manager on the board of some of Platinum’s clients. Indrani has been involved in the international business sector for almost 20 years and has worked in various areas including administration, supervisory management, human resources, strategic development and marketing and promotion. Indrani’s core responsibility at Platinum is oversight of the day-to-day operations and management of client services.
Prior to joining Platinum, Indrani worked in an administrative capacity at a regional trade and investment promotion agency and at a diplomatic mission.
Indrani holds an MBA from the University of Surrey and completed the Professionally Accredited Director’s designation (PAD) facilitated by the GovStrat Limited in 2015. She continues her education in the sector through conferences and seminars.
